FAQ

What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We ship through a warehouse and provided your order is in by 11am it will ship that day. The warehouse chooses the quickest courier or Australia Post to get from us to you. You will be sent an automatic tracking email so you can follow your mats to your door. It is unusual for an order to arrive later that a week from the date of purchase. If you have any concerns please contact us .

INTERNATIONAL

If you are outside of Australia, we would be very happy to send you a LovEarth Mat. Please email us at info@lovearth.com.au and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Returns

We love our LovEarth Yoga Mats, and we hope you will too. But if you are not happy with your mat for whatever reason, send it back to us within 4 weeks of the order date and we will happily exchange it or refund you.  All returns can be sent to PO Box 28, Milsons Pt, NSW 1565.

How do I order wholesale?

We love our wholesalers, and we have created a special space for you in our heart and on our website here. Here you can apply to retail LovEarth mats and be listed on our website or if you are an online business or simply not wanting to outlay money for stock we also offer a Drop Ship facility.

Through our Wholesale Space you can access our wholesale shop, become a wholesaler and much more.

I want to see the item before I buy it

Our LovEarth Yoga Mat is biodegradable, durable and grippy. We are confident that you will love it, but if you prefer to see it and test it out before you buy it, we have lots of stockists all around Australia who you can help. See our list of stockists here.

Which way is up?

Our mats can be used up or down. We’ve found that 50% of people like the rubber side and 50% of people like the jute side. So over to you and your personal choice.

Are your mats fairtrade?

The answer to this is not easy. Our mats are manufactured in Taiwan and the trade laws in Taiwan are stricter than elsewhere with 40 hour working weeks and fair pay. The rubber we are working on sourcing from a chosen location but currently it is sourced on the open market. Whilst there is no such thing as FairTrade rubber we are working towards developing a relationship with a particular producer who produces organic latex with air worker conditions. Stay tuned. e are a tiny company and Rome wasn’t built in a day.
