Over 50s Yoga
"I teach over 50’s because I strongly believe that it’s important to stay fit, build/maintain strength, and keep your balance as you get older. I know that as you get older you tend to lose your balance and are more prone to broken bones if you fall over, which take longer to heal. I’ve known some older people not to recover from a broken hip as they lose their confidence and will to live. I’m hoping I can help prevent this from happening to some people.
Your yoga mats are doing well with my over 50’s class. I use them to ensure that the chairs don’t slip. Thanks again so much for providing them to us. It’s much appreciated."
